The knob sent to me was not the correct one. I submitted a request for the correct one or a refund of my purchase price. The knob received was packaged with the correct part number on it but it was a different knob and will not work on my oven.

Although the new knob looks great and matches the temperatures on the old knob? There are two hairline cracks on the inside, that can be felt. It appears that no one checks the product before sending it out after customers purchase?
