Returns Policy:
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If, however, you have simply decided that you no longer need the part or have ordered the wrong part, there will be a 30% restocking fee. Electronic control boards can not be returned unless they are unused and in the original packaging.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund much more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. You can also Email returns@suburbanrvparts.com and we will notify you shortly of the procedure for returning your product. Do not return a product before hearing from us! We will need you to provide you with an MRA number to put on the package for our reference so please do not ship anything back before hearing from us! Without the MRA number, we have nothing to reference when it arrives.
*Special order items are non-returnable so please make sure that you have ordered the correct part. You'll know that your order is a special order item if under "availability" it shows you an extended lead time.
Shipping:
All orders placed before 12PM EST M-F will ship out same day.
All orders ship out ground for free unless noted differently. You have the option during checkout to expedite shipping for a charge if you happen to need your Suburban part quickly. Expedited shipping delays are at the fault of the freight carrier and refunds will need to be handled by these 3rd party carriers as we can not control their delays.
Some items may incur increased freight charges due to size, weight, or need for a special truck lift. If your order is impacted by an increased shipping charge, a SuburbanRVParts representative will call and notify you to complete the order.
The delivery time for all products is 3 - 5 days when in stock and shipped (ground) the same day. The shipping prices, for most products, are as follows:
