is THIS AN ALUMINUM TANK OR STEEL? Does it use an anode rod? if so what's the part number please? Thanks

This is porcelain lined steel and does use an anode rod. There is an option for either magnesium of aluminum which is your personal preference. These are in the links below:

The 91059 is just the tank which is for a 6 gallon unit. This unit will have the same functionality with a larger tank capacity but will not fit in the same hole as the 6 gallon as the dimensions for the 10 gallon are a bit larger See full answer »

"Oriface size 61" is listed on the label on my SW12DE. All replacement water heaters are spec'd by inches (HxLxW).
